At least 18 people were killed in an Israeli air strike in Lebanon on Monday, the Lebanese Red Cross said, in one of the northernmost strikes since Israel began its offensive in late September. Lebanese health officials earlier put the death toll at nine. The strike came a day after militant group Hezbollah claimed a deadly drone attack on an Israeli military base south of Haifa.
