A French team led by 20-year-old chef Paul Marcon won the prestigious Bocuse d’Or culinary contest on Monday, edging title holders Denmark. The victory comes 30 years after Marcon’s father Régis triumphed in what is sometimes referred to as the “culinary Olympics”. Charlotte Hughes has the story.
