On the ground


Dozens more people have been injured and many displaced in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo in recent clashes between the Congolese army and M23 fighters. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) treated more than 130 injured people at Goma hospital in the same period. FRANCE 24’s correspondent, Emmet Linvingston has been speaking to the head of the international committee of the Red cross about the situation.
