In tonight’s edition: M23 rebels are on the edge of Goma in eastern Congo. Thousands of people have been displaced. We speak to MSF Operations Coordinator for Central Africa. Access to social media is now blocked in South Sudan for at least 30 days after videos of attacks against South Sudanese nationals in Sudan emerge.
