The Central African Republic peacekeepers from the UN mission are accused of rape and sexual assault. International newspapers Le Monde have collected about 20 testimonies, some of them point the finger at Rwandan peacekeepers for alleged abuses. Rwandan army has denied these accusations, FRANCE 24 correspondent in Kigali, Clément di Roman tells us more.
