Kamala Harris made her final case Monday in the hours before Election Day, when voters will either choose America’s first woman president or hand Donald Trump an unprecedented comeback. Harris spent the last day of campaigning in the vital swing state of Pennsylvania, speaking at a number of rallies, topped off by one in Philadelphia, on the famous steps of the city’s Museum of Art.
